David Henggeler

…David’s goal is to identify practice management areas in which he can provide an extra layer of support to create efficiencies and streamline processes for those he serves. Agents can count on him to be honest, loyal and prompt to respond. Having spent time working in a family business, David has unique insight into overcoming challenges advisors in similar situations may face. He is also sure to stay abreast of industry changes to deliver relevant and informed guidance that keeps his producers competitive and thriving in the marketplace.

David and his wife, Nancy, have two sons, Josh and James. Outside of the office, David enjoys biking and working out, travel and reading. He also makes it a priority to spend time with his family and serve the community.

Brian King

…He spent over 10 years as a career agent with National Life of Vermont where he specialized in advanced underwriting and business life insurance. Brian also held his securities license while in the field. For the past 10 years Brian has been helping agents build and expand their practices in the independent marketplace. Prior to joining Ideal, Brian owned his own marketing firm.
When Brian is away from Ideal he is active in his church ministries as well as the Boy Scouts. Brian has lived the last 30 years in Spring Hill, KS with his wife Kelly, daughter Anna and his son, Sam.

Stephanie Chapman

She began her career as a New Business Processor, but quickly knew she was ready to help Producers as a Senior Annuity Consultant. Along the fast track to earning the position she wanted, Stephanie also passed the test to receive her CAS (Certified Annuity Specialist) designation. She states,

Even after years in the business, I get very excited about helping a new producer get licensed with us. We have so much to offer, I know I can make a difference in their business.

Mason Morasch

…From submitting your contract through getting that first commission check, Mason knows what it takes to get it done right, and right now! The agents Mason services are thrilled with his responsiveness, and he keys in on that benefit. Mason explains, “I understand these agents have a lot going on and they can’t wait days to get information and answers. Sales are too hard to come by these days to lose a client because you’re waiting for material or can’t get through the voicemail trails at the insurance carrier. I do everything I can to bridge that gap for my agents.” Allowing Mason to provide you with this kind of dependability could make a difference in your business this year!

Mason and his wife, Tara, have two beautiful daughters, Michaela and Allie, as well as a son, Jacob. Mason and his family live in Overland Park, Kansas.

Kim Strickbine

…When Kim isn’t helping the best producers in the business get better, you can find her spending time with her husband Jarrod and her children Tanner and Tori. Kim’s greatest passion is watching her son play baseball at the collegiate level and her daughter play competitive volleyball and softball. She is also a huge KC Royals and KC Chiefs fan.

Holly Taylor

…Holly realizes that it’s not just about the latest product or fad, she really gets to know her producers and what they as individuals are interested in as well as what their clients’ interests. Holly values her agents and grows with them in their practice and builds true friendships. She prides herself in being proactive and very responsive with her clients and loves to help in any way she can. She loves marketing and helping her agents take their business to the next level with helpful sales solutions.

When Holly is not helping her clients, she loves spending time in the Kansas City area with her husband Brian and three young children, Kobe, Kinzie and Kael. She is very involved in her kids’ school activities and sports which include swimming, running, cheer, baseball, softball, basketball and golf. She is also an avid runner herself as well as a triathlete — her three kids and husband also participate in triathlons.

Karen Essary

“I’ve been helping annuity and life producers for more than 25 years, and it never gets old. I think part of the reason is that we encourage our Members to bring us their difficult cases or challenge us with their unique needs, because if they know they can count on us when the job is tough, then they are confident in our services every day.”

Prior to developing and leading the marketing team at Ideal, Karen was the successful manager of a team of annuity advisors responsible for over $300 million in annual premium. And, though her previous position was with a much larger organization, Karen believes the competition has nothing on IPG. She explains,

“It is so exciting to be able to work at Ideal Producers Group where we are a boutique IMO, yet we offer our Members so much! From knowledge and education to incentives and bonuses to service and support, we provide it all. We invest everything we can back into our Agents because, after all, they are the reason we exist.”

Karen lives in Shawnee, Kan., and is the proud mom of five wonderful children: Kyle, who lives in Oklahoma with his wife, Sierra; Dalton, who’s currently attending Dallas Baptist University; Kennedy, who’s currently attending Oklahoma Wesleyan University; Delaney, a junior in high school; and Kaitryn, a seventh grader. Karen is passionate about her faith, her family and her close friends, and travels frequently to connect with them all and create balance in her life.

Though she has a huge love for the Kansas City Chiefs, Karen carries a soft spot in her heart for the Denver Broncos, care of her dad. You will also never catch her missing a KU basketball game!

Ron Essary

…Ron quickly realized there were too many Agents needing support, marketing concepts to be shared, and former employees needed jobs! So, in January 2009, Ron and his Partners started a new marketing organization; however, this time around he had a different vision, and Ideal Producers Group was formed. The purpose of the producers group concept is to provide Agents with an opportunity to join an organization that offers networking and personalized services which have never before been available. “I want to promote an organization where the Members help each other achieve success”, Essary explains. “When this happens, everybody wins–including the consumer. All it takes is strong communication and some fresh ideas. I think that’s what I can bring to the table.”

Ron and his wife, Annetta, live in Shawnee, Kansas with their two daughters, Alexis and Madison.
