Yes, a passport valid for the duration of your stay is required for travel. Additionally, visitors must have a completed Embarkation and Disembarkation Card (ED-Card). You can complete the ED-Card on the airplane en route to Curaçao or in advance by using ED-Card Online.
Yes, Ideal will arrange transportation for you to and from the airport. Hato International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from Curacao Marriott Beach Resort.

April is one of the most ideal times of year to visit Curacao. It is one of the driest months of the year, and temperatures average 88 degrees.

The official currency of Curacao is the Netherland Antillean Guilders or Florins. However, the U.S. dollar is readily accepted by most businesses. U.S. coins are rejected. If you are planning on using the dollar, it is best to carry small denominations as change is usually given in Florins.
Located less than 5 miles from the hotel is Willemstad, the capital of Curacao. The city is filled with candy-colored townhouses and epic murals, as well as excellent shopping and dining options. There are said to be 50 different cultures and 3 official languages of the city, including the island’s very own Creole tongue, Papiamento.
